BQS Mining Flameproof Submersible Sand Pump
The BQS family uses an integrated pump and motor in a bottom-suction arrangement for underground mine dewatering where water may carry sediment, sand or suspended solids.
A centrifugal impeller moves the medium through the pump. The current manual describes two mechanical seals together with O-rings for sealing.

Working principle
The integrated motor drives a centrifugal impeller. Water enters through the bottom-suction opening and is discharged after the rotating impeller transfers energy to the medium.
