QYF Mining Pneumatic Desilting Pump
The QYF system comprises a suction line, vessel and pump body, discharge line, pneumatic switching and control.
A jet-vacuum stage draws the medium into the vessel, followed by a compressed-air discharge stage.
Applications
- Removal of sump sludge and wastewater.
- Transfer of mining slurry and coal-washing slurry within the verified operating conditions.
Working principle
Jet-vacuum suction draws the medium through the suction line into the vessel and pump body.
Pneumatic switching then changes the cycle to compressed-air discharge through the discharge line. Performance depends on medium density, viscosity, cycle timing and piping.
