The enterprise mailbox, security, measurement, network, and backup services used to handle an enquiry may therefore process information in more than one country or region. We describe this operational fact without claiming a particular transfer mechanism or legal regime.
Retention
Information is kept for the period necessary to process the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website and mailbox, resolve disputes or security issues, and meet applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer necessary for those purposes, it may be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.
